2026 Junior Tour Order of Merit Information
Our OOM Final in 2026 will take place between 12th to 16th October 2026 at Enniscrone Golf Club in County Sligo, Ireland. There will be 18 players involved in a 36 Hole Event (Gross Strokeplay) and we will have a number of guest junior players from the home club at our event.
OOM Final Itinerary:
12th October – Travel Day
13th October – Practice Day
14th October – Round 1 Tournament Day
15th October – Round 2 Tournament Day
16th October – Travel Day
Order of Merit - Qualification Criteria
We have amended the OOM criteria for 2026 so that we have, essentially, a play off between the qualifiers from each OOM section (detailed below) and will effectively crown 4 x OOM Champions at the end of the event.
- Girls OOM Champion
- Boys Under 18 Champion
- Boys Under 16 Champion
- Boys Under 14 Champion
- We will have an U21 Boys OOM and a Girls Nett OOM throughout the season - but these will not qualify for the final event.
Girls – 2 x U24 and 7 x U18 players will qualify (9 Girls in total)
Boys – 3 x players from each Age Group (9 Boys in total)
There will be No Captains picks this year – ALL qualifiers will be based on the season long OOM’s.
Players must play in at least 3 x JT Events to qualify.
Our event at Fraserburgh will be the last qualifying event.
OOM Points will be the same as 2025 and will be given to each of the Boys Age Group Sections and the Girls U24 & U18 sections. The reduced points will remain in place for the Girls Nett OOM – and again, Gross OOM points take priority.
